Welcome to the home of the South Bay CoDependents Anonymous Community

Our community reaches Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.

This site is to support everyone who struggles with the issues of codependency.

Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.

Help is available…

Feelings of loneliness, isolation, and depression often seem to be magnified or easily overwhelm some of us at different times in our lives. Remember that we are always able to call a friend, another 12-step member, a sponsor, or even a CoDA phone meeting or Spanish CoDA phone meeting. We also have two CoDA volunteer staffed telephone numbers available to us. CoDA’s toll-free English number, posted on the coda.org site, is (888) 444-2359. Our espanol toll-free, number is (888) 444-2379.
